Relief Enterprise, Inc. (REI), was established on October 18, 1996, as a non-profit organization set up exclusively
to provide jobs for a charitable purpose, primarily dedicated to the rehabilitation process of the physically and mentally disadvantaged persons, to include recovering alcoholics, drug abusers, parolees, and probationers on the condition of adhering to policies and regulations set forth and established by social, law enforcement and other regulatory authorities. .
